When Mr. Barton opened his garage door it got stuck partway open, and wouldn’t go further one way or the other.
Our Solution:
We examined Mr. Barton’s garage door system, and determined that the door had come off the track, hence the problem. Several rollers had come out of the track and jammed the door. Our technicians pried the tracks open to reinsert the rollers and ensure that none of them had broken in the process. We checked the movement of the door as well.
